Launch deposit

The SGD 250 payment is a 50% deposit for the SGD 500 ClientMorrow Launch Founding Pilot. The remaining SGD 250 is due after delivery and acceptance, subject to the agreed written scope.

Scope and timing

Delivery begins after the deposit, discovery session and required client information are received. The standard Launch scope covers 10–30 recent opportunities, one workspace, follow-up recommendations, drafts, handover and the stated revision/support period.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, reviewing drafts and approving any communication before it is sent. ClientMorrow does not guarantee revenue, replies or closed deals.

Cancellation and refunds

Before work begins, contact us promptly to discuss cancellation. Once discovery or delivery work has started, fees already earned for completed work are non-refundable. Any exception or revised scope must be agreed in writing.

Data and third-party services

You must have the right to provide any information shared with ClientMorrow. Availability may depend on third-party services including Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, Cloudflare and client-owned tools.
